The pause is the punchline
The reference format pairs a moving road view above with a dog in the passenger seat below. The dog appears to sing, turns and closes its mouth, holds a serious sideways look, receives sunglasses and starts again. A generic talking-pet clip misses that sequence. The visual recipe here is a new AI interpretation, with no source footage uploaded to the model.

Upload your subject photo. The template supplies scene and motion directions automatically; add optional details in the creator. AI results can vary.
Choose a photo that shows the muzzle and ears
Upload one clear dog photo with permission, showing its face and upper chest in even light. It supplies breed, markings and identity. The built-in three-panel guide supplies the passenger-seat setting and the open-mouth → closed-mouth → sunglasses states. You do not need to photograph your dog in a moving car.
A 15-second action plan
- 0–4.5s · Three small howling-like jaw movements; no glasses.
- 4.5–5.5s · Head turns and the mouth closes.
- 5.5–10s · A readable deadpan pause, with only breathing and a blink.
- 10–11.5s · One handler hand puts on one pair of sunglasses and exits.
- 11.5–15s · The same dog resumes the mouth performance with glasses on.
Three ways to frame the joke
- The reluctant road-trip singer: keep the long pause and caption it after export with a joke about the playlist.
- The confident comeback: preserve the same dog and framing, then let the sunglasses mark the return to performance.
- A gentle first attempt: replace the glasses-hand beat with a longer closed-mouth look if the hand interaction distorts. This simpler version changes the ending.
Check the pause, glasses and sound
Watch the full result. The same dog should remain in the lower panel; the harness should stay attached; the mouth must actually close during the pause; and the sunglasses must stay absent until the hand places them. A hand, muzzle or pair of glasses may deform. Review an existing result before paying for another attempt.
Does it include Bon Jovi's It's My Life?
Mini generates an original playful groove, canine howls and quiet road ambience, with a quieter pause before the sunglasses comeback. It does not include Bon Jovi's recording or lyrics. Timing and mouth synchronization are approximate; use an editor if you want to replace the sound.
Reference and evidence
On October 31, 2026, we tested Mini 480p original audio with a fictional dog photo and the visible guide. That audio test still changed the ears, so this edited example combines the previously reviewed dog visual with the original generated soundtrack from the audio test. The creator now requests native generated audio. This is an edited demonstration, not an unedited one-pass result or a guarantee of exact likeness, timing or lip sync.
