Content Policy

Read the Kadenly rules for uploaded media and AI outputs, including consent, intellectual property, prohibited content, reports, enforcement and appeals.

Last updated: 2026-10-04

Scope and responsibility

This policy covers prompts, uploaded media, generated outputs and use or distribution of material created with Kadenly. It applies alongside our Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 and follow applicable law, third-party rights and the rules of the destination where you publish. Successful generation is not approval or proof that content is lawful.

Permissions before uploading

You must have the rights needed to upload, modify and use images, video, audio, names, logos and other materials. Obtain informed permission from identifiable people when needed, including for face replacement, synthetic likeness or voice use. Permission for a photograph is not automatically permission for every AI transformation, commercial endorsement or sexual depiction. Do not upload another person's private information or confidential business material without authority.

Prohibited content and uses

Do not request, upload, generate, share or help others create:

  • Sexual exploitation or sexualized depictions of minors, including fictional or AI-generated depictions; grooming or attempts to sexualize an age-ambiguous person.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, nudification, sexual deepfakes, hidden-camera material or sexual content involving an identifiable person without valid consent. Explicit pornography and sexual violence are also prohibited.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, forged evidence or deceptive impersonation. Do not fabricate a person's consent, testimony or commercial endorsement, or present an AI reconstruction as authentic evidence of an event.
  • Content that enables violence, terrorism, severe physical harm, exploitation or illegal activity; targeted threats, doxxing, hate or harassment; or encouragement of suicide or self-harm.
  • Infringing copies, unauthorized likeness use, or attempts to evade another party's intellectual property or privacy rights. Do not remove ownership or provenance indicators to mislead others.
  • Deceptive election material, harmful impersonation of public authorities, or fabricated medical, legal or financial advice presented as qualified professional guidance. Do not use generated results to make consequential decisions about another person's rights or eligibility.
  • Malware, credential theft, spam, or disclosure of secrets and private personal information.

A claim that content is satire, art, research, educational, private, or “only a test” does not excuse these prohibitions. Fictional framing does not permit child exploitation or non-consensual sexual material. Attempts to hide a prohibited request through coded words, translation, cropping or chained prompts are also violations.

Platform and payment abuse

Do not bypass safeguards, automate abusive access, probe for other users' content, overload the service, or resell unauthorized account access. Do not create multiple accounts to repeatedly claim introductory credits, trade promotional benefits, manipulate task states or credit balances, or seek multiple compensation for the same incident. Stolen payment methods, fraudulent refund claims and knowingly false disputes are prohibited. Good-faith billing complaints, security reports and exercise of legal rights are not prohibited by this rule.

Generated output and publication

AI results can be inaccurate, biased, resemble existing work or produce unexpected artifacts. Review output before publication. Clearly disclose synthetic or edited media where law or the publishing platform requires it, or where omission would materially mislead viewers. Never imply that a depicted person endorsed or participated in your content without permission. AI output is not guaranteed to be exclusive, copyrightable or cleared for every commercial use.

We do not acquire ownership of your input solely because you upload it. You permit the processing and delivery needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Public promotion of your private content requires separate permission.

Enforcement, reporting and appeals

Kadenly and external providers may reject requests or restrict content. We may investigate credible reports, limit access, remove content or suspend an account proportionately to the issue, and contact authorities when legally required. Serious safety risks or unlawful activity can require immediate action. We do not claim that every input or output is pre-screened by a human or that moderation catches every violation.

To report harmful content, infringement or an account action, email support@kadenly.com with the relevant URL or task ID, your relationship to the content, an explanation and appropriate evidence. Do not send illegal sexual material or unrelated personal data. Rights holders should identify the protected work and the allegedly infringing material and provide a way to contact them. Reports must be accurate and in good faith.

If you believe an action was mistaken, reply through the same support channel with the account or task identifier and supporting facts. We can review relevant evidence; creating replacement accounts to evade a restriction is not an appeal. Credit and cash remedies follow the Refund Policy and mandatory law, not an automatic entitlement to duplicate compensation.
