Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern use of Kadenly at kadenly.com. By creating an account, purchasing or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Content Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling; the Refund and Credit Policy explains billing remedies. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.

Accounts and security

Provide accurate account and billing information and keep your login secure. Do not share, sell or let others evade restrictions through your account. Notify support@kadenly.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for use you authorize; these terms do not make you automatically liable for every unauthorized action regardless of its cause.

Service and purchases

Kadenly provides AI video generation using the models and features currently available in its creation panel. Models, limits, durations and availability can change. The panel shows supported inputs and the required credits before submission. Marketing examples illustrate possibilities and do not guarantee an identical result.

Prices, currency, billing interval, included credits and applicable taxes are shown at checkout or in the plan details. Subscriptions recur until canceled. Manage cancellation in Billing settings or contact support if the function is unavailable. The Refund and Credit Policy governs failed tasks, billing mistakes, cancellations and refund requests. Do not assume cancellation instantly deletes the account or refunds all prior usage.

Your content and AI output

You retain rights you already hold in uploaded materials. You grant Kadenly and the providers involved a limited permission to process, store and transmit them to deliver your requested service and address security, support or legal requirements as described in the Privacy Policy. This is not permission to publicly advertise with your private content.

You must hold necessary rights and permissions for inputs and intended use of outputs. As between you and Kadenly, we do not claim ownership of your generated output merely because it was created here, to the extent applicable law and provider terms permit. This does not guarantee copyright protection, uniqueness, non-infringement or clearance of a person's likeness. Commercial use remains subject to input rights, model restrictions and law. Review results before use; AI output is not professional advice or authentic evidence of real events.

Acceptable use and restrictions

Follow the Content Policy. Do not use the service for prohibited material, infringing or deceptive content, fraudulent payments, free-credit farming, bypassing protections or unauthorized resale/access. Good-faith support requests, security reports, appeals and lawful consumer remedies remain allowed.

We can investigate credible misuse and restrict a feature, content or account proportionately, including immediate action for serious safety or legal risks. Where appropriate, we explain the action and offer review through support. Ending access does not automatically erase our legal obligations or your statutory rights. You can request account closure through support; cancellation, closure and data deletion are separate requests.

Availability and liability

AI services depend on infrastructure and external model providers. Outputs may contain artifacts, delays, inaccuracies or similarities to other work. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular creative outcome or suitability for consequential medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. Keep backups of important work.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude indirect or consequential losses and limit aggregate liability arising from the service to amounts you paid Kadenly in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be excluded for fraud, willful misconduct or other mandatory consumer protections. Nothing here overrides non-waivable rights.

Changes and resolving issues

The version date indicates updates. Material changes will be notified where appropriate and will not retroactively alter a completed purchase contrary to law. Contact support@kadenly.com with relevant order or task identifiers to discuss a dispute. Applicable law and mandatory jurisdiction rules determine your rights; we do not require you to give up statutory complaint or court rights as a condition of contacting support.
